Welcome to WalkBuzz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("WalkBuzz", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the WalkBuzz mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using WalkBuzz, or by tapping to accept, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

WalkBuzz is operated by DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at B-213, RK Iconic, 150 ft Ring Road, Near Ayodhya Circle, Rajkot - 360006, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at support@walkbuzz.com.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WalkBuzz. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service where you live.
• We may set, change, or restrict availability by country, region, platform, or age at any time.

3. Your account

• You sign in with Google, Apple, or your email address (using a one-time code we send you). You are responsible for keeping access to that account, and to that inbox, secure.
• Your WalkBuzz account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, assign, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit your account, coins, rewards, or any part of the Service.
• WalkBuzz keeps one active session per user: signing in on a new device signs you out on the previous one.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, except to the extent it results from our proven fault.

4. What WalkBuzz does

WalkBuzz turns everyday walking into rewards. The Service may include step tracking, a daily step goal you choose, streaks, levels, a daily bonus, coin multipliers, challenges, leaderboards, virtual coins, a rewards catalogue, notifications, advertisements, referrals, and other features. Features may be added, changed, paused, limited, released gradually, or removed at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. Steps and activity data

• WalkBuzz reads step data from sources you permit, currently Android Health Connect and Apple Health (HealthKit). We count only the steps your own phone recorded. Steps entered by hand, and steps recorded by a smartwatch, band, or other external device, are not counted at present. We may add or remove supported sources at any time.
• Accuracy depends on your device, permissions, operating system behaviour, third-party availability, sensor accuracy, sync timing, and settings. We do not guarantee that step counts, distance, calories, or activity will always be accurate, complete, real-time, or available.
• Not every step source is eligible for coins or counts toward challenges and rankings. We decide which sources are eligible, restricted, under review, blocked, or unsupported, and we may reject, reduce, delay, or reverse step-based benefits from a source that appears inaccurate, manipulated, duplicated, unsupported, or suspicious.

6. Health and safety

• WalkBuzz is a fitness-motivation tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional health recommendations. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any physical activity.
• You are responsible for your own safety. Stay aware of traffic, roads, vehicles, weather, and your surroundings, and do not let the Service distract you from moving safely. We are not responsible for injury, accident, or loss arising from physical activity, your environment, device use, distraction, or unsafe behaviour.

7. Coins

• WalkBuzz coins are promotional, virtual, in-app reward points only. They are not money, cash, currency, legal tender, securities, stored value, e-money, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument of any kind, and they carry no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged outside WalkBuzz, inherited, pledged, or traded.
• Coins are subject to limits, eligibility rules, fraud and technical checks, account checks, expiry, and review. Pending coins are not spendable; only confirmed coins can be redeemed.
• Coins may expire after a long period of inactivity. Coins do not expire while you keep using WalkBuzz. If an account has no qualifying activity for a continued period (currently 12 months), the coins in it may expire.
• WalkBuzz has final and sole discretion over all coin decisions and may verify, delay, approve, reject, reverse, deduct, expire, freeze, cancel, or adjust coins where there is fraud, abuse, error, duplicate crediting, fake steps, device or data manipulation, emulator or automation use, multiple accounts, self-referral, invalid activity, a partner or system issue, a miscalculation, a regulatory concern, or other unfair or harmful activity.

8. How you collect coins

• Coins are awarded for walking toward your daily goal, for reaching a new level, and through challenges, promotions, referrals, and administrative adjustments, as described in the app. Keeping a streak does not by itself award coins.
• We may introduce further coin sources, including a daily bonus and ad-supported sources. Each is described in the app if and when it becomes available.
• What you collect depends on account status, step-source eligibility, your daily goal and any caps that apply, device integrity, app version, feature availability, the current reward economy, your country or region, fraud checks, review, technical systems, promotional terms, and partner or budget availability.
• We may change the coin rules at any time.

9. Rewards and redemption

• WalkBuzz may offer rewards such as vouchers, gift cards, coupons, digital benefits, products, or partner offers. Rewards may be limited, seasonal, location-, user-, platform-, or quantity-specific, time-limited, or subject to partner availability, and are not guaranteed. We may add, remove, change, pause, substitute, delay, cancel, or discontinue rewards at any time.
• To redeem, you must meet the conditions shown, including enough eligible confirmed coins, an active account, compliance with these Terms, fraud and risk checks, any required information, applicable country, platform, age, or eligibility restrictions, an eligible app version, and the specific reward's rules.
• Submitting a redemption does not guarantee approval or delivery. We may review redemptions manually or automatically, and we have final rights to decide reward availability, eligibility, approval or rejection, delivery, substitution, cancellation, and any coin refund, deduction, reversal, or forfeiture.
• Reward delivery timelines are estimates only. Rewards may be delivered digitally, manually, or through partners and third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, merchants, processors, networks, app stores, or incorrect information you provide. If a partner cannot fulfil a reward, we may offer an alternative, refund coins, cancel the redemption, delay it, or take other reasonable action.

10. No guarantee of coins or rewards

WalkBuzz does not guarantee that you will collect coins, maintain streaks, win challenges, qualify for or receive any reward, or obtain any monetary or material benefit. Using the app, watching ads, referring friends, or joining challenges or promotions does not guarantee eligibility.

11. Fraud, abuse, and fair use

You agree not to cheat, manipulate, abuse, exploit, or misuse WalkBuzz. Prohibited activity includes:

• faking activity, manipulating steps, or shaking or moving a device to generate false counts;
• manipulating GPS, sensors, device, or health data;
• using emulators, bots, scripts, automation, macros, or modified or tampered apps;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the app or its security;
• creating or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• selling, transferring, or sharing accounts;
• self-referral, referral farming, or promotion abuse;
• unauthorised access, data tampering, exploiting bugs, or circumventing restrictions, flags, eligibility, or security;
• and any other unfair, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct.

We may investigate suspected abuse and act at our discretion.

12. Enforcement

If you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, manipulate rewards, or create risk, we may (with or without prior notice where permitted): issue a warning; limit access or disable features; suspend or terminate your account; freeze, deduct, reverse, or expire coins; reject rewards or cancel redemptions; disqualify challenge results; block devices or restrict step sources; refuse future participation; report unlawful activity; take legal action; or take any other appropriate step.

13. Challenges

Challenges and any future rankings or competitions are based on steps, coins, activity, time, eligibility, rules, and fraud checks. We may adjust, recalculate, remove, cancel, or disqualify entries affected by error, abuse, manipulation, or unfair activity, and we have final rights to determine winners, rankings, rewards, and eligibility.

14. Referrals and promotions

Referral programs, campaigns, bonus coins, and limited-time offers vary by campaign, country, user type, platform, date, and availability, and their rules are shown at the time. We may change, pause, cancel, reject, or reverse referral and promotional benefits at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, repeated device abuse, duplicates, and suspicious patterns may result in coin loss, account restriction, or enforcement action.

15. Advertisements

WalkBuzz may show ads or offer ad-based reward opportunities provided by third-party networks. We do not control third-party ads, their landing pages, or the products, services, or claims they contain. Ad availability varies by user, device, country, platform, advertiser, inventory, and technical conditions, and we may turn ads on or off at any time. Viewing or interacting with an ad does not guarantee coins unless we confirm eligibility.

16. Paid features

WalkBuzz may offer premium, subscription, or paid features in the future. These are subject to additional terms and to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules of the relevant app store, which processes the purchase. Paid features do not change the nature of coins as described in Section 7. Coins are never sold for money. A paid feature may change how you collect or use coins, but coins themselves cannot be bought.

17. App availability, updates, and messages

• The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, downtime, server or network issues, third-party outages, app-store issues, security incidents, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, and we may show maintenance or update screens. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
• We may require you to update the app to continue using it, and older versions may stop working or be blocked for security, compatibility, legal, product, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.
• We may show in-app banners, announcements, notices, and prompts, and, if you allow notifications, send reminders and updates. You control notifications in your device settings.

18. Your content

You are responsible for content you submit, such as reviews, messages, support requests, profile details, and images. You must not submit content that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, privacy-violating, malicious, or otherwise harmful. We may remove, restrict, or moderate content at our discretion.

19. Intellectual property and licence

• WalkBuzz and DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED own or license the WalkBuzz name, logo, design, branding, software, features, and content, including the coin, reward, and challenge systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WalkBuzz for your own lawful, non-commercial use. This licence ends if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

20. Third-party services

WalkBuzz relies on third-party services, including Google, Apple, Supabase, Firebase, Resend, Android Health Connect, Apple Health (HealthKit), analytics and crash-reporting providers, advertising networks, reward partners and merchants, app stores, and payment or fulfilment providers. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

21. Privacy

Your use of WalkBuzz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Please review it.

22. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

• You may request account deletion in the app or by contacting support. Deletion results in loss of access and may cancel coins, rewards, redemptions, and challenge history, subject to records we keep for legal, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, abuse, risk, or legal or operational reasons.

23. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability. We do not warrant that the app will be available or error-free, that steps will be counted accurately, that coins will be credited, that rewards will be available, or that redemptions will be approved.

24. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkBuzz and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, coins, rewards, opportunity, or goodwill, or for injury arising from physical activity, device issues, third-party failures, or unavailability of the app or rewards. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) USD 25 (or the local equivalent), unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your local consumer-protection rights.

25. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalkBuzz, DAJIRAJ INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or of any law, your fraud or misconduct, content you submit, misuse of coins, rewards, referrals, or promotions, infringement of third-party rights, unsafe physical activity, or your dealings with third-party services or merchants.

26. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

• We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, ask you to accept it in the app. If you continue to use WalkBuzz after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

27. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and, subject to applicable law, the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

29. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies we publish, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any part is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. We reserve all rights not expressly granted, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we have final rights over app access, coin calculation and adjustment, reward eligibility and distribution, redemption decisions, fraud review, challenge results, feature availability, and the interpretation of these Terms.
